Vistaar Financial Services targets the missing middle segment, which is not effectively served by the formal financial system, in Pudukkottai, India. The Company aims to make finance available at a reasonable cost, delivered transparently, to continuously attract mainstream capital and serve the chosen segments effectively. The focus is on providing customized products for Micro and Small enterprises and livelihoods aligned to their needs on four key dimensions – loan size, repayment frequency, tenor, and security.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Manager at Vistaar Financial Services in Pudukkottai. The Credit Manager will be responsible for managing credit and credit risk, utilizing analytical skills in finance to assess creditworthiness, and overseeing the credit process to ensure financial stability and growth.

- Knowledge of financial principles and credit processes
- Ability to make sound credit decisions and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in Credit Analysis or Risk Management is a plus
