Work Exposure:-

1) Drafting of notices, agenda and minutes for Board, Committee & General Meetings;

2) Preparation and filing of various event based and regular forms under Companies Act and SEBI LODR Regulations;

3) Preparation of Boards report along with relevant annexures;

4) Monthly regulatory updates on circulars;

5) Compliance under RBI Scale Based Regulations and other applicable circulars governing NBFC-ICC (Middle Layer);

6) Exposure to FDI transactions; ECB returns and FLA filing under FEMA;

7) Review of contracts, agreements and other legal documents;

8) Review of Company Policies;

9) Maintenance of statutory registers;

10) Exposure to complete process of Issuance and listing of Non-Convertible Debentures.
