Launched in 2019, Taptap is tapping into a transformative shift in global finance: from banks to phones. Role
Taptap Send is looking for a high-performing generalist to join us as a Business Operations Manager. You’ll report to the Head of Core Product, owning important cross-functional initiatives critical to the success of new product lines.
From the very start, you'll be in the driver's seat— owning thorny problems end-end, diving into the data, and building systems that enable us to scale new products. This is a high-touch, high-impact role.

As we grow, we need someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and brings both analytical firepower and relentless execution to the table.

Responsibilities
Own and lead key initiatives on new product— diving into problems, building execution plans, and delivering results
Partner with teams across the org (Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, Ops, Legal, etc.) to get stuff done

Design and improve key business processes and systems
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build internal tools that drive efficiency and scalability
Support tech prioritization and resourcing decisions with key inputs on what we need to scale new product lines
Conduct high-quality analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools to support decision-making
Help shape internal operating cadence, tracking KPIs and ensuring accountability
Requirements
4-8 years of experience in a high-performing, analytical environment (consulting, biz ops, startup/scale-up, or similar)
Proven track record of taking initiatives from concept to execution
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
“Owner mindset” – thrives on responsibility and is equally comfortable in the weeds or thinking big-picture
Bias for action and instinct to simplify complex problems
Nice to have: fluency in languages beyond English, experience working in global or emerging markets
