Role overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional who can effectively represent the organization both online and offline. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, strengthening brand presence across social media platforms. This role combines content creation, field representation, relationship management, and administrative support to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Job description
- Create, produce, and publish engaging content (reels) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business campaigns, events, product launches, and seasonal activities.
- Travel to operational locations, merchant outlets, and business events to capture photos, videos, and stories for digital channels.
- Represent the organization professionally during merchant visits, stakeholder meetings, and relationship-building activities.
- Produce short-form video content, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and documentary-style storytelling.
- Monitor content performance and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify noteworthy stories, achievements, employee highlights, and business updates for public communication.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and content formats.
- Support executive-level communications, reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks when not engaged in field activities.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices to enhance brand visibility.
Qualification and experience
Professional Experience:
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, brand communications, public relations, or related fields.
- Proven experience creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
- Experience in client-facing, field representative, brand ambassador, or relationship management roles will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with video shooting, editing, and content production tools (Tiktok/ Capcut/ Instagram)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, or a related discipline.
- Undergraduate candidates are also encouraged to apply if they have strong relevant experience.
