The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing andexpanding the company’s export business across Gulf and European markets.The role will focus on aggregating demand from international buyers,securing sales contracts, onboarding new buyers, and achieving monthly exportsales targets. The position requires strong market connectivity,negotiation capability, and a deep understanding of cross-border tradedynamics.
• Identify and aggregate product demand from buyers across Gulf and European markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with international buyers, distributors, and importers.
• Negotiate and finalize export sales contracts with overseas buyers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual export sales targets.
• Onboard new buyers and expand the export buyer pipeline across new countries and markets.
• Identify opportunities for priority product categories including Food & Beverage, Fresh Vegetables, Rice, Oil & Other
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth order execution and shipment.
• Track sales pipeline, manage buyer inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Conduct market intelligence to understand price trends, demand patterns, and competitor activity in target markets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market opportunities and export performance.
Professional Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in export sales, international trade or global business development.
• Proven track record of securing international buyers and achieving export sales targets.
• Strong network with buyers, importers, or distributors in Gulf and European markets.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing or a related field.
