The Treasury Executive will play a vital role in ensuring efficient financial management and operational accuracy. This position involves tracking and managing advance payments, ensuring compliance with VAT and tax regulations, handling daily banking operations, executing vendor and utility payments, and maintaining accurate financial records in various platforms. The role also requires strong coordination and communication skills to facilitate timely settlements and balance management.

Job description

Track advance payments and update Google Sheets for accurate records.
Initiate timely communication to facilitate early settlement of advances.
Ensure VAT and tax deductions are accurately implemented as per regulations.
Act as the Financial Controller Checker in the financial software for compliance.
Execute daily payments through RTGS, BEFTN, and Fund Transfers (FT).
Process monthly payments for rent, utilities, mobile bills, vendors, VAT, and taxes.
Record and manage accounts payable entries in NetSuite for all bills.
Verify and process documents for travel, conveyance, and food bills in financial software.
Monitor and manage daily bank balances across accounts.
Pool funds from other banks to ensure sufficient balance in Bank.
Ensure available balance in REB, MyCash, Ekpay, and Fly Hub portals.
Maintain and update CROUT statements daily.
Ensure timely uploads of daily financial statements for tracking purposes.

Qualification and experience

Professional Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in treasury, accounts payable, or financial operations.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Google Sheets).
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with VAT, tax regulations, and banking processes in Bangladesh.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
