Job description

Lead high-impact projects from inception to execution in alignment with top business priorities.
Work directly with top management (including the CEO) on strategic initiatives across all business functions.
Navigate and solve ambiguous, unstructured problems—developing frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) from scratch.
Ensure seamless execution by managing multiple stakeholders across business functions.
Drive results and accountability in cross-functional environments without formal authority.
Take ownership of key deliverables, KPIs, and project outcomes.
Create scalable systems and processes to institutionalize project learnings.
Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and manage competing timelines effectively.

Qualification and experience

Professional Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience where you had to solve problems.
Proven track record of delivering project outcomes under uncertainty and limited structure.
Experience working across teams, influencing stakeholders, and aligning on shared goals.
Strong analytical, structured thinking, and communication skills.
Demonstrated resilience, initiative, and composure in high-pressure environments.
