As a Senior Product Manager - Logistics for the largest logistics company in Bangladesh, you will have a crucial role in developing products that drive improvements in costs, manpower productivity, delivery executive retention, management of delivery executives' lifecycle, and delivery success rates. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing rental and leased fleets, optimizing costs, implementing route optimization strategies, and overseeing the supply chain logistics of internal services.
Job Description
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision and strategy, considering the unique challenges and opportunities in the SE Asia market. Identify key focus areas and prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Serve as the end-to-end product owner, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design innovative solutions that address the identified logistics challenges.
- Rollout Planning: Create a phased rollout plan for product implementations, considering dependencies, resource allocation, and potential impact on existing operations. Ensure smooth integration of new features and functionalities into the logistics infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Work across a broad stakeholder group, including internal teams, merchants, and other relevant parties, to gather feedback, align product requirements, and manage expectations. Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels to drive successful product outcomes.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Drive accurate item evaluation processes to optimize the overall customer experience. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product features and functionalities, making it the best-in-class solution for both merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Fleet Management and Supply Chain Logistics: Oversee the management of rental and leased fleets, ensuring efficient utilization and maintenance. Implement cost optimization strategies and leverage route optimization techniques to streamline logistics operations. Take charge of supply chain logistics for internal services, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management
- 2+ years of experience handling B2B products, especially in Logistics
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in handling B2B products
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s
- High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Background in Technology/Engineering.
- CSPO/SAFe preferred
