Our M&A team plays a critical role in driving strategic growth by acquiring and integrating Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) into our platform, enabling scalable expansion and enhanced customer offerings. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Intern to support the M&A team in driving acquisition and integration projects. The intern will work closely with senior leaders to track, coordinate, and ensure timely execution of various workstreams involved in onboarding new partners and aligning them to Scripbox’s business model.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
? Support the end-to-end project management of M&A integration initiatives
? Maintain detailed project trackers, timelines, and status dashboards
? Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, etc.) to gather inputs and ensure alignment
? Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
? Identify project bottlenecks, escalate risks, and help drive timely resolution
? Support due diligence and post-deal integration efforts with clear documentation and follow-through Who You Are:
? Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
? Demonstrated interest or coursework in Project Management or M&A/Strategy
? Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
? Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities
