ABOUT THE ROLE
Paga is looking for a Learning and Development Intern who is passionate about people development and organizational learning. The intern will support the Learning & Development team in coordinating training activities, managing learning records, and assisting with the execution of internal learning initiatives.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate learning, training coordination, and talent development within a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate should be currently serving or recently completed NYSC, with a strong interest in building a career in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
