Experience: Minimum 6 years in sales/distribution with at least 2 years supervising multi-person field teams.

Doroki is a collaborative commerce product developed to digitize Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) business operations. SMEs’ business needs are growing quickly, and Doroki is well-positioned to meet these needs. The product is focused on increasing affordability and inclusivity for SMEs to digitize their business operations and make and accept digital payments through a mobile device in emerging markets like Nigeria.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The State Manager (Doroki-enhanced) is accountable for delivering state-level commercial targets by building, coaching and managing a high-performing field sales & operations team. The role is field-facing, commercially driven and requires cross-functional collaboration to remove technical and commercial blockers that limit merchant growth.
