Neogrowth
Responsible for overseeing employee life cycle, engagement and rewards & recognition (R&R) programs within the assigned span, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and objectives. This includes end-to-end planning and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee morale, retention, and performance. The role also involves managing HR projects and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
Stakeholder Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with regional business leaders and line managers.
Employee Connect
Conduct regular employee interactions, townhalls, and check-ins to assess morale, engagement, and retention risks.
Exit Interviews & Attrition Analysis
Generate actionable insights from exit trends and collaborate with business to address systemic issues.
Employee Engagement & Recognition
Conceptualize and execute employee engagement and reward & recognition (R&R) programs aligned to organizational values.
Employee Development
Partner with line managers to strengthen the employee capability and facilitate learning interventions
Mange employee life cycle
Serve as the interface between employees and the HR Shared Services team and Resolve regional queries and concerns.
Strategic HR Projects
Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects aimed at improving processes, culture, and employee experience.
Full time Postgraduate / Masters in HR with 4 – 7 years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate to possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation abilities, and exhibit sharp analytical skills.
