Experience in the sales of (Business Loan/ Personal Loan / Current Account Saving Account/ Credit Card Sales/ Loan Against Property/ Working Capital Finance.)
Should have excellent network in market
Should have good knowledge of business loans segment

Key Responsibilities
Associate Manager-Customer Acquisition will be responsible for Prospecting, developing and acquiring clients (business merchants) through direct sourcing or channels (DSA/ Alliances/ others).
Meeting productivity targets on loan disbursements on Month on Month (MoM) basis.
Understanding the product offering clearly.
Ability to explain the product to the merchants.
Achieving set disbursal targets through lead generation and fulfilment from alternate channels.
Qualification & Experience
Educational Background
Graduate in Commerce/Science
1 to 5 years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFC
