Introduction:
As a Analyst, you will be an integral part of our new clients’ onboarding team, responsible for
understanding the Finflux SaaS lending platform and its functionalities. Your primary role will be
to work closely with customers from financial institutes, NBFCs, FinTech, and Banks to
understand their requirements and effectively map them with the Finflux product, perform
Customizations, Product configurations and delivering the expected system functionalities as per
Customer requirements.The ideal candidate will be with an excellent aptitude, analytical skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced start-up working environment, quickly grasp the domain and system skills and deliver a high value output as a contribution to the organization.If you’re a highly motivated individual with a passion for driving innovative solutions in the BFSI sector, we invite you to join our team and make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving world of Fintech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Finflux SaaS lending platform, including its Loan Management System (LMS), Loan Origination System (LOS), Business Rules Engine (BRE), and Delinquency Management System (Collections).
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive and innovative solutions by mapping customer requirements with the Finflux product. Gain in-depth understanding of Product specifications and map the gaps based on customer requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development teams, Product teams to implement identified gaps and customization requirements.
- Gain in-depth understanding and work on APIs, System integrations, SQL queries, backend configurations, database Table structures, Accounting concepts etc.•Understand, work, and design the Digital transformation of Lending process including Loan origination process and Loan management lifecycle.
- Design the workflow processes, Wireframes, Testing, Analytics, and troubleshooting.
- Closely work with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Customer to understand the System Requirements specifications, technical specifications, Functional scope, Business Requirements and implement the same as Product functionalities.
- Work on multiple use cases in the world of Fintech, adapting the same through Finflux SaaS Lending platform.
- To act as a strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and build relationships with customers. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivery.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing practical and efficient solutions. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp complex software solutions quickly and effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Active listening skills to understand customer requirements thoroughly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and emerging technologies.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced SAAS industry.
Good to Have:
•Knowledge of SQL, Database table structures, Accounting concepts and APIs.
•Prior understanding of Fintech, Digitization in Lending, and Lending processes
will have added advantages.
Educational Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business administration, Computer
Science, Finance, or a related field.
