What Will You Do in this Role:
1. Fundraising & Investor Relations (IR)
- Support the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle across both equity and debt financing, managing pipelines for new lenders and investors.
- Analyze, evaluate, and assist in the negotiation of term sheets and financial structuring.
- Prepare information memorandums, complex financial models, and management presentations.
- Manage ongoing communications with existing shareholders, board members, and lenders.
2. FP&A and Corporate Financial Management
- Lead the annual budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range strategic planning processes.
3. Pricing Strategy & RFP Commercial Structuring
- Collaborate with business and product teams to analyze and structure commercial models for complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and enterprise tender responses (e.g., core banking or large payment system implementations).
- Drive pricing standardization initiatives across our comprehensive suite of products.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or a Strategic Finance/Corporate Strategy role.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Fintech, B2B SaaS, or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) landscape is highly preferred.
- Financial Acumen: Exceptional financial modeling capabilities with the ability to build models from scratch and parse through dense contractual/commercial agreements.
- Commercial Sharpness: Strong experience in deal structuring, RFP commercial feedback
- Execution Focus: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of independently managing high-stakes projects and collaborating across global teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA, CA, or CFA designation is a strong advantage.
