About the Role
M2P Fintech is looking for Engineers who will be responsible for managing the process
of restoring normal services quickly to minimize the impact on business operations. As
part of a cross functional team, you will be working in a fast-paced and agile work
environment delivering quality and innovative solutions that have immediate business
impact.
What Will You Do in this Role
• Serve as the primary contact for all P0, P1, and P2 Incidents, which include Major, Critical, and High severity incidents.
• Monitor incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement.
• Conduct incident reviews as needed, including identifying, initiating, and scheduling them.
• Act as the contact point for all Major Incidents and coordinate all necessary activities to perform, monitor, and report on the process.
• Manage all Major Incidents during office hours and as scheduled on a roster basis.
• Ensure that the root cause of all major incidents is established and that a formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is published within agreed SLAs.
• Regularly track all priority issues to ensure they are managed effectively.
• Maintain effective documentation and tracking of all critical issues.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
• B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or any equivalent degree.
• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management.
• Ability to work well in a team and flexibility to work in shifts.
• ITIL certificate is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
• High level of energy and proactive nature.
• A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
