Senior Analyst - Implementation
Experience: 3–5 years
Location: Chennai
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in SDK integration, API workflows, and UPI domain implementation. The ideal candidate should also be willing to work on low‑level configurations and internal low‑code tools to customize client solutions.
What Will You Do in this Role
- Understand client requirements and take part in requirement‑gathering sessions.
- Configure product features using SDKs, REST APIs, and the organization’s internal low‑code/low‑level configuration tools.
- Implement and troubleshoot UPI flows such as onboarding, collect/pay, mandate, and VPA lifecycle.
- Validate API integrations, perform data verification using SQL, and support clients during UAT/go‑live.
- Create functional documents, configuration guides, and conduct product training.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and risk communication.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
- Hands‑on experience with SDK integration, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and technical debugging.
- Strong understanding of UPI flows (registration, transactions, mandates, TPV, VPA management).
- Experience working with internal low‑code / configuration tools and willingness to work on low‑level implementation tasks.
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, client‑facing skills, and problem‑solving capability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Fintech / Payments / Banking integrations.
- Exposure to B2B onboarding, prepaid systems, or API‑driven platforms.
- B.E / B.Tech or equivalent degree.
