About the Role
M2P Fintech is looking for hands-on Pre‑Sales Manager with strong expertise in Lending SaaS, especially Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS). If you enjoy building solutions, delivering powerful demos, solving client challenges, and shaping next‑gen digital lending journeys — this role is perfect for you
What Will You Doin this Role
- Lead customer demos across LOS/LMS with clear articulation of lending workflows
- Own solution design, including gap analysis, fitment mapping, and scoping
- Create high-quality SOWs, BRDs, functional specs, demo scripts
- Drive RFP/RFI responses and support sales from discovery to closure
- Design mock journeys, UI flows, and visual solution artefacts
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Infra & Security teams
- Provide product insights and recommend enhancements based on client needs
- Mentor junior pre‑sales members (non‑managerial support)
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
- Strong hands‑on experience with LMS (priority) and LOS platforms
- Deep understanding of retail lending, secured/unsecured loans, MFI, SCF, etc.
- Excellent presentation and client-facing demo capabilities
- Strong expertise in gap analysis, fitment documentation, and solution planning
- Ability to prepare SOW/BRD/PRD‑style functional documentation
- Solid working knowledge of:
- APIs & microservices
- SaaS architecture & cloud basics
- Integration flows between LOS ↔ LMS ↔ external systems
- Basic SQL proficiency for data validation/troubleshooting
- Understanding of front-end/back-end basics — how screens, data flows, and backend logic come together
- Ability to partner effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts clearly
· Good to Have Skills
o Experience with BRE / decision engines
o Understanding of collections modules and workflows
o Knowledge of RBI compliance, KYC norms, data residency requirements
o Experience integrating with credit bureaus, e‑sign/e‑NACH, payments, CKYC, PAN/Aadhaar services
o Ability to advise on product enhancements and emerging feature needs
o Familiarity with performance, scalability, and data flow considerations in lending systems
