About the Role
We seek an experienced marketing personalisation strategist with profound expertise in Salesforce marketing cloud personalisation (MCP). This role demands a candidate who can integrate deep technical skills with strategic business acumen to advance customer engagement through sophisticated personalisation strategies. The successful candidate will not only master MCP but also actively collaborate with the Brand and Content team to craft compelling email and campaign communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive personalisation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation (MCP)
• Configure MCP, including managing and maintaining content and writing recipes for Einstein AI to enable dynamic content personalisation.
• Analyse data and user behaviour to extract insights that inform campaign construction and content personalisation, aiming to optimise user engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand & Content team to enhance email marketing and campaign communications, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
• Develop and oversee a product roadmap that integrates detailed business requirements with technical capabilities in personalisation.
• Serve as the organisational lead on MCP, advising on best practices and staying abreast of industry trends and advancements to foster continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to elevate internal understanding and capabilities in utilising MCP for personalisation efforts.
About You
• Proven track record in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on personalisation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
• Substantial experience with MCP, including configuration, content management, and utilising Einstein AI for recipe creation.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, proficient in interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving collaboration across functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a product roadmap and translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Desirable Skills:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
• Experience with Adobe Target and other digital marketing personalisation platforms.
• Background in managing B2B marketing strategies within complex organisational structures.
