About the Team
The Quantum Technologies team aim is to make the telco operators a world leader in the field by quickly moving research discoveries from the lab to practical Telco applications.
About the Role
Quantum Technologies Business Developer will specifically be giving support to a wide range variety of business development and commercialization efforts within the Quantum Technologies in the context of the telco operators.

You must want to fully engage with the Telco Market and to understand the emerging Quantum Technologies to be able to collaborate with different GSMA departments to generate deals
We are looking for a great communicator with commercial insight, effective time management and attention to deadlines.
We are expecting someone to be on top of all tasks with a high quality of service to achieve all targets from different stakeholders.

Communication: You need to be able to communicate clearly, persuasively, and respectfully with different stakeholders, such as prospects, clients, decision-makers, colleagues, and collaborators
Research and analytical: Research and analysis are crucial for finding and evaluating new business opportunities, markets, segments, and trends.
Negotiation and persuasion: Negotiation and persuasion are key for closing deals, securing contracts, forming partnerships, and achieving win-win outcomes. You will need to prepare and plan your negotiation strategy, considering the interests, needs, and positions of GSMA members. You need to be able to present your value proposition, address objections, handle conflicts, and overcome impasses.
Adaptability: Adaptability is critical for keeping up with the changing needs and demands of customers, markets, and the industry. It's vital that you can learn from your successes and failures, as well as from the feedback and insights of our GSMA Members, partners, and colleagues.
Initiative: A proven ability to achieve a successful outcome without having a defined structure in place or full information available. You will take the initiative to deal with opportunities and challenges in an effective and timely manner.
