| Senior Manager, Operations and Administration SCOPE OF ROLE Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Operations, the Senior Manager of Operations and Administration serves as a key member of the Shared Services team, supporting the organization’s critical enablement functions. This role focuses on project management and reporting, systems integration, facilities operations, and administrative processes. The Senior Manager will build relationships across the organization to ensure that teams have the solutions, processes, and administrative support needed for effective collaboration, seamless project implementation, and strong knowledge management. Core responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects and reporting, reviewing contracts, coordinating facilities operations, and overseeing administrative processes. The Senior Manager also provides leadership and direction to the administrative staff and performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration related field or equivalent experience required, PMO certification a plus. LOCATION Chicago , IL. SALARY RANGE $92,500 - $97,500 (ANNUALLY) The skills and experience of qualified candidates will determine the exact compensation for which this job is filled. QUALIFICATIONS
