About The Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales operations and revenue-generating processes for B2B cross-border payments within the defined African market, specifically catering to the demands of Africa trades. This role requires a deep understanding of the Fintech ecosystem, sales strategies, account planning, treasury management, and FX rates. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional capable of developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at expanding our client portfolio and driving sustainable, scalable growth.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the payments industry, with a focus on B2B cross-border payments
- Proven track record of success in the B2B payment businesses in emerging markets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and achieving results
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
