Chime’s Legal team is seeking a senior litigation paralegal to support the company’s litigation, regulatory, and employment matters. In this role, you will help manage a diverse portfolio that includes consumer litigation and arbitration, class actions, commercial disputes, regulatory inquiries and investigations, and employment matters. You will coordinate key matter workflows, manage legal records and data, support discovery and regulatory responses, and help attorneys and cross-functional partners drive matters toward resolution.
You will also play an important role in advancing the team’s use of data, analytics, AI-enabled technologies, and other emerging tools. This includes developing reporting and dashboards, identifying trends across the team’s portfolio, and designing AI agents and workflows that make legal processes more efficient and scalable.
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and technologically adept paralegal who combines strong litigation experience with analytical skills and intellectual curiosity. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech matters at an industry-leading company while helping build the systems and processes of a modern legal function.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $62.50 and up to $86.54 hourly. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
