We support Microsoft 365, Power Platform, WebEx, and AI tools like Copilot, Claude, Google Gemini, and Grammarly, while engineering, deploying, and supporting Windows Endpoints. We are a collaborative, customer-focused team committed to solving problems with reliable, impactful technology. Duties and accountabilities: Role Purpose: This is a hands-on role within our Power Platform team, contributing to the modernization of enterprise applications and the adoption of low-code, automation, and AI-driven solutions. You will build, maintain, and support solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and Azure services (C#/.NET), developing strong engineering fundamentals - data modeling, API integrations, ALM, and DevOps practices - while leveraging GitHub Copilot and agentic tools to accelerate delivery. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and team members to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Solution Development: Build and maintain enterprise-scale solutions and establish reusable architecture patterns across Power Platform, Azure, and custom-built applications - balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability. • Low-code AI Enablement Support: Contribute to consistent, governed solution delivery by supporting citizen developers and pro dev teams with guidance, reusable templates, and platform guardrails. • Integration Customization: Develop custom connectors and integrate with C#/.NET, REST APIs, and enterprise systems. • ALM DevOps: Manage source control, support CI/CD pipelines, and maintain environment management practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub. • Governance Documentation: Apply and maintain DLP policies, security roles, and compliance standards, and contribute to team documentation and training materials
