OUR VISION

WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are seeking a strategic SVP, Information and Technology Systems to oversee and harmonize our IT and cyber teams. As the SVP, Information and Technology Systems, you will play a pivotal role in growing the capabilities of our IT and Cybersecurity teams as we launch our product. You will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of an internal technology vision, strategy and department roadmap.
Other responsibilities include:
- Managing and overseeing the work product of our VP, Cybersecurity and VP, Security & Infrastructure who are responsible for execution of the day-to-day tasks in these departments.
- Building and driving a comprehensive internal technology strategy and framework, with initiatives to secure the organization’s IT and cyber assets.
- Providing regular status reports to executive management that detail the current state of our network and cloud security as well as defining strategic objectives for continuous security improvements.
- Overseeing and mentoring the teams in IT operations, including internal infrastructure management, network security, systems administration, and helpdesk support.
- Developing and implementing secure processes and systems used to prevent, detect, mitigate and recover from potential cyber-attacks.
- Evaluating and managing the IT and cyber risk posture of the company.
- Defining and executing performance indicators for security measurements and routine metrics to assist the organization in identifying potential security risks and providing recommendations for mitigation, including, third party evaluations, and impact analysis.
- Collaborating with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to understand their technology needs and priorities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
You are a disciplined and experienced leader with strong communication skills. You are able to take complex technology issues and distill them down to present to a wide range of stakeholders. You are strategic and able to establish and maintain a roadmap that aligns with the company’s product and corporate roadmaps.
YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field and 10+ years in managing IT and Cyber teams simultaneously. You have prior work experience at a pre-product company and building up IT and Cyber departments.
