About the role
We’re looking for a Sr Fullstack Developer capable of designing and building robust applications with clean architecture, strong engineering practices, and solid technical judgment — someone who, together with the team, can take us to the next level.

What you’ll be doing at albo:
You will be working on building a wide range of backend and frontend components for financial-grade applications, A significant part of your work will directly impact people’s financial lives. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.
About you and what type of skills you'll need:
Technical Skills
- Node.js (18+).
- Express or Fastify.
- Non-relational databases (MongoDB preferred).
- Flutter, React (at least one).
- Docker.
- Git.
- Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
- Strong understanding of clean architecture principles.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency.
- Event driven architectures.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the Banking or Fintech industry (Lending is a plus).
- Experience building production-grade applications.
- AI Driven Engineering (Use of AI Tools as productivity enhancers).
