About the role
We are seeking a Strategy and Growth Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth and success of Consumer Lending Product. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of strategies, track funnel performance metrics, and support the development of campaigns that drive engagement and conversions across our consumer credit products. What you’ll be doing at albo:
Campaign Coordination
- Organize and coordinate inputs required for middle and bottom campaigns, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with teams like product, legal, design, and marketing media teams to align strategies and secure approvals for campaign assets.
Cross-Selling Strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define and implement campaigns for credit products.
- Create and ensure that campaign content and messaging are consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze the conversion performance of the acquisition funnel for credit products.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
About you and what type of skills you'll need:
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in campaign coordination, strategy, or growth-related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting funnel metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- SQL
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in financial services or familiarity with debit and credit products.
- Basic understanding of middle-funnel marketing and performance marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of copywriting.
- Exposure to tools such as Google Analytics or Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of campaign compliance processes, especially in regulated industries.
