About the role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for client care, retention, and follow-up for both assigned companies and cases that require resolution.
What would you do?
- Nurture strong relationships with clients to increase revenue for the company (client acquisition and workers/payroll).
- Attend and resolve client issues and inquiries.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and requirements to prepare tailored made business solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and meet deadlines to achieve the long-term objectives.
- Keep records up to date in our CRM.
- Responsible for saving companies with cancellation requests.
- Follow up on business growth, business needs, and development.
- Development and execution of the referral program with active clients
About you and what type of skills you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service roles.
- Previous experience in Banking or Fintech industry preferably.
- Completed or in-progress degree in economic or administrative areas.
- Proficiency working with any CRM and Google Suite.
- Proven experience in managing key accounts.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Intermediate English.
